What you agree to when you send a testimonial to Conjure & Bloom™ LLC. Version v3.

Permission to use your testimonial

When you submit a testimonial, you give Conjure & Bloom™ LLC permission to use it, in whole or in part, across its websites, sales pages, social media, emails, advertisements, and publications, to describe Staci Jordan Shelton's work and programs.

Accurate presentation

Your testimonial will be presented accurately. It will not be presented as describing a program you did not take part in.

Shortening and light cleanup

Conjure & Bloom™ LLC may shorten your testimonial and make light cleanup edits, such as removing filler words and correcting typos and transcription errors. Edits keep your meaning, do not misrepresent your experience, and do not add words you did not say or write.

How you are credited

Your testimonial is credited with the name style you selected, plus the title and company you chose to include.

Your photo, video, and voice

Your photo, video, or voice is published only with your separate permission, given by checking the recording permission box on the submission form. Trimming a recording only shortens it. What you said is not rearranged or spliced.

No artificial intelligence alteration of your likeness

My image, video, and voice will never be altered, cloned, or recreated using artificial intelligence. They will not be used to create AI-generated or synthetic images, video, voice, or characters, or to make it seem that I said or did something I did not say or do, or to create endorsements I did not give. Shortening a recording for length, as described above, is the only editing that will be applied to it.

No payment, and your own words

This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free. You are not paid for your testimonial. It reflects your honest experience, in your own words.

Age

By submitting, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

What gets published

Staci and Conjure & Bloom™ LLC decide what to publish, and may leave out private details about anyone.

Asking for removal

You can ask for your testimonial to be removed at any time, at testimonials.conjureandbloom.com/remove or by emailing staci@stacijordanshelton.com. Conjure & Bloom™ LLC will remove it from the websites, pages, and materials it controls within 30 days of your written request. Emails already sent, printed materials, and copies held by third parties may not be retrievable.

Records

Conjure & Bloom™ LLC may keep a private copy of your submission and a record of your consent for its business and legal records, even after your testimonial is removed from public use. If privacy law gives you the right to deletion, you can request it by emailing staci@stacijordanshelton.com, and it will be handled as that law requires.
