How Conjure & Bloom™ LLC handles what you share through this testimonial page.

What we collect

Your name, email address, the session or program you are writing about, and the title and company you choose to add. Your answers, as typed text, video, or voice recordings, and the text transcripts of any recordings. A record of the permissions you gave, with the date and time and the country your request came from.

How we use it

To review your testimonial, publish it as described in the Testimonial Terms, contact you about it, and keep our business and legal records. Your email address is added to Staci's email list only if you check the box that asks for that.

Transcripts

Video and voice answers are turned into text by an automated transcription service that runs on our hosting provider's systems. Your recordings are not used to train models, and your image, video, and voice are never altered, cloned, or recreated using artificial intelligence.

Where it is kept

Your submission and recordings are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Notification and email-list messages are sent through Encharge. Only Staci and people she authorizes can open your full submission. Your email address and your recordings are not shown publicly. A recording is shown only if you gave permission to publish it.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission until you ask for it to be removed or erased. When you ask for removal, your testimonial comes off our public pages right away and we remove it from the materials we control within 30 days. We may keep a private copy of your submission and a record of your consent for our business and legal records.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your testimonial at testimonials.conjureandbloom.com/remove. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing staci@stacijordanshelton.com. If you joined the email list, you can leave it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.
